Can I include logos or graphics on my banner?

Yes! Logos and graphics are available to add a personal touch to your banner. If you already have a logo or some clip art, just send us what you have (you can upload the files as part of the order process). If you need Banners.com to help design some artwork for you, just tell us what type of special graphics or clip art you would like on your banner. We will give you a custom quote on the additional costs that may apply.

 

 

Am I limited on the number of colors on my banner?

No! We can produce your banner in one color, multiple colors or full color.

Our price chart for text only banners is just a starting point. This option includes text of one color on top of a background banner material of another color. You may add multiple text colors, so please contact us by email to tell us what you need. We will reply to you with a custom price quote.

We also offer digital printing of full-color banners which allows you to use gradients, photographs and blended colors with beautiful results.

 

 

Can I get a double-sided banner?

Yes! Our basic price chart is for a one-sided banner, but all of our banners are made to order and we ship many double-sided banners daily. Contact us by email to tell us the size, quantity and layout information that you want on a two-sided banner. We’ll reply to you with a custom price quote.

 

 

Can I get a special size banner?

Yes! We can create ANY size banner you need. Contact us by email to tell us the size you are looking for, and we’ll reply to you with a custom price quote.

 

 

How do I hang my banner?

Our banners come with metal grommets in every corner and at intervals of 2-4 feet around the banner. You can use bungee cords, zip ties or ropes to hang your banner on buildings or between poles. It is extremely important that you use all grommets supplied on the banner for fastening. The banner material is very strong but only using a portion of the grommets may cause undue stress and cause the grommets to get torn out.

If your banner will be used for a tradeshow or display, check out the banner stands in our "More Products" section. If you need a customized way to hang your banner (such as pole pockets or ropes) please let us know and we can accommodate your need.

 

 

Can I see a layout before I order or give you my credit card number?

Of course! We would not expect you to commit to an order without knowing exactly what you are getting. If you would like to see a layout, contact us with the size of banner, typestyle and text you want on your banner. We will send a layout to you via email. If the layout is not what you were looking for, just reply to the email with your instructions. We will send a revised proof with the changes you requested. If you choose to enter your credit card at the time you place your order (which 90% of our customers do) we will not charge your card until you have approved the layout and your banner is being put into production.

 

 

When will I see my proof?

Please allow up to 12 hours for us to get a proof back to you. However, you will usually see your layout within just a few hours.

 

 

Do I have to give you my credit card number online?

No! Although the Banners.com online ordering system uses secure technology, we understand if you prefer to provide your credit card information by phone. You may call our staff at 320-965-9300.

 

Can I track my banner shipment?

Yes, we update the status of your banner order every step of the way with our Live Order Tracking system. Once we ship your banner, you can track the delivery with the provided tracking number for UPS, FedEx, etc.
